Advocacy is regulated by law in Finland.
If a lawyer wants to use the professional title “asianajaja” (attorney-at-law, barrister and solicitor), he/she has to be a member of the Finnish Bar Associations and fulfill the requirements set for a qualified lawyer. The entire staff of B&M is committed to following the national and international ethic rules of lawyers. More information about the laws, rules and instructions regulating advocacy you will find at the website of the Finnish Bar Association.
